How much does it cost?

How long does it take to set up a session?
Under three minutes. Sign in with Google, pick a template, fill in title and audience, and share the QR code on screen.
What does my audience need?
A phone with a camera. They scan the QR, fill in five short fields, and tap submit. No app, no account, no email required.
What if the AI is slow or unavailable mid-session?
LiveDeck has triple-fallback. Per-slide failures get a templated welcome card. Whole-deck failures switch to a static HTML preview you can screen-share. You never get stuck.
What about participant privacy?
Consent is built into the intake form. We do not require email. IP addresses are hashed, never stored raw. Participant data is anonymized 30 days after the workshop by default.
Do I need a Google account?
You can create your account with email and password or sign in with Google. Before your first session you connect a Google account once so we can build a real Google Slides deck in your Drive. We request only the drive.file scope, so we only ever touch the decks our app creates. Participants do not need a Google account.
Do you offer education discounts?
Yes. K-12 districts, public libraries, accredited institutions, and government or non-profit organizations qualify for 30% off Pro and Team plans. Apply for the education discount.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limits?
We never auto-charge overages. We notify you at 80% and 100% and offer a one-click bump pack. If a single workshop pushes you over, the session still completes.
