Build a personalized slide for every person in your audience. Live.

Your audience scans a QR code. Sixty seconds later your Google Slides deck has a slide with their name, their goal, and your tailored advice. Everyone leaves with a personal 7-day follow-up at their own link. Setup takes three minutes.

  • No app for your audience
  • Three fallback layers
  • Privacy designed in

Every session includes

  • 3min From sign-in to a live QR code
  • 1 Slide per attendee, built with their name on it
  • 7days Of personalized follow-up for every participant
  • 3 Fallback layers between you and a blank screen

How it works

QR code to personalized deck in three minutes.

Designed for live workshops where every minute counts and every audience is different.

1. Share a QR code

Project a QR code on your opening slide. Participants scan with any phone and answer five quick questions in under 60 seconds: name, role, learning goal, biggest challenge, and experience level. Consent language sits right on the form.

2. AI builds a real Google Slides deck

One personalized slide per participant, group-level insights, and an adaptive agenda, all generated while you deliver your intro.

3. Reveal, then follow up all week

Click Reveal and Google Slides opens straight into presentation mode. The room sees its own goals and challenges on screen. Afterward, every participant gets a personal URL with prompts, a workflow, and a 7-day action plan — delivered by email to anyone who shares one.

Beyond polls and word clouds

An audience engagement tool that builds a slide for every person.

Poll tools show the room one shared chart. LiveSlide.Pro builds a slide for each individual person.

What poll tools deliver

  • A bar chart of audience answers
  • A word cloud projected on screen
  • A single shared poll result
  • Engagement that ends when the talk ends

What LiveSlide.Pro delivers

  • A slide per person with their name and your tailored advice
  • An adaptive agenda built from the actual room
  • A personal 7-day action plan for every attendee
  • Session analytics and persona reports you can act on afterward

Built for

Made for rooms where every seat is different.

Faculty development

Show instructors practical, discipline-specific AI examples they can use in their own courses. Build buy-in across skill levels in one session. 30% education discount available.

Conference keynotes

Give your audience the rare feeling that the keynote changed because they were there. Their names and goals appear in the deck minutes after they scan.

Corporate training

Every workshop doubles as a live needs assessment. Leaders get audience analytics; each employee gets training shaped to their own role and challenge.

Sales presentations

Walk into the pitch knowing each stakeholder's role, priority, and biggest challenge. The deck speaks to each buyer by name, and so does the follow-up.

Workshops

Leadership, design thinking, AI literacy, change management. Any workshop deepens when the room feels heard from the very first slide.

All-hands & town halls

Surface what the team is thinking before you take the stage. Answer the questions on everyone's mind by name, and send each person a personalized recap link.

Why you can rely on it

Ready for the moment the projector turns on.

We are a founding beta, so here is exactly how the software behaves when networks stall, quotas hit, or AI slows down — and how it treats the data of every person in your room.

Three fallback layers

A slide that fails to generate becomes a templated welcome card with that participant's name. A deck build that fails switches to a static HTML deck you can screen-share. If AI pauses mid-workshop, submissions keep flowing and content backfills the moment service returns.

Privacy designed in

Consent language sits on the intake form itself. Email is optional. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes, and participant submissions are anonymized after 30 days by default.

A deliberately narrow Google permission

LiveSlide.Pro requests only the drive.file scope, so it can touch only the decks it creates in your Drive. Everything else in your Drive stays invisible to us.

Limits that respect a live room

Quota warnings arrive at 80% and 100%, with a one-click bump pack if you want more. A workshop that crosses your limit still completes. Charges beyond your plan happen only when you choose a bump pack.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

What if the AI is slow or unavailable mid-session?

LiveSlide.Pro has three fallback layers. A slide that fails to generate becomes a templated welcome card with that participant’s name. A deck build that fails switches to a static HTML deck you can screen-share. If AI pauses entirely, submissions keep flowing and content backfills the moment service returns. You always have a deck to show.

What does my audience need?

A phone with a camera. They scan the QR code, fill in five short fields, and tap submit. No app, no account, no email required.

What about participant privacy?

Consent language is built into the intake form. Email is optional. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes, and submissions are anonymized 30 days after the workshop by default.

Do I need a Google account?

You can create your account with email and password or sign in with Google. Before your first session you connect a Google account once, so we can build a real Google Slides deck in your Drive. We request only the drive.file scope, which limits us to the decks our app creates. Participants need no Google account at all.

How long does it take to set up a session?

Under three minutes. Sign in, pick a template, fill in your title and audience, and share the QR code on screen.

How much does it cost?

Founding Beta is $29/month, with that price locked in for founding presenters. Pro Speaker is $49/month with a 14-day free trial. Trainer Team is $199/month, or $1,990/year with two months free. Event & Enterprise is custom-priced. See full pricing.

How many people can join a session?

You set each session’s capacity yourself when you create it. Your plan sets the monthly total: 200 participants on Founding Beta, 1,000 on Pro Speaker, 15,000 on Trainer Team, and 250,000 on Event & Enterprise. We let you know at 80% and 100% of that total, and a session already under way always finishes.

What format is the deck?

Decks are built in Google Slides and open straight into presentation mode in your browser. Your audience only needs a phone.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limits?

You get a heads-up at 80% and 100% of your quota, plus a one-click bump pack if you want more. A workshop that pushes you past the limit still completes. Charges beyond your plan happen only when you choose a bump pack.

Do you offer education discounts?

Yes. K-12 districts, public libraries, accredited institutions, and government or non-profit organizations qualify for 30% off Pro and Team plans. Apply for the education discount.
