Terms of service

1. The service

LiveSlide.Pro is a tool that helps presenters run live, adaptive workshops. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to run illegal, harmful, harassing, or deceptive workshops.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the service in ways outside the documented APIs.
• Submit content you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or fraud detection.

4. Participant content

As a presenter, you are responsible for ensuring your participants have given informed consent. We provide a default consent message but you can edit it for your jurisdiction.

5. AI-generated content

Slides and resource packs are generated by AI from participant input. You are responsible for reviewing them before showing them on stage. We are not responsible for inaccurate, off-topic, or inappropriate AI output, though we work hard to make the system reliable.

6. Pricing and billing

Beta is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds within 14 days of billing for new subscribers, no questions asked.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify presenters by email for material changes.
