Corporate training
Interactive training slides, personalized for every attendee.
In most training rooms, a new hire and a ten-year veteran sit through the same deck. With LiveSlide.Pro, each employee tells you what they need from the session, and a live deck in your browser gains a slide for each person that speaks to their role and goal. Afterward, everyone gets a 7-day plan at their own link, so the training carries into the week.
What you need: a laptop with a web browser. Employees need only a phone camera.
Training that meets people where they are
Pre-training surveys help, but they often arrive days early, response rates vary, and the results rarely reach the deck. LiveSlide.Pro gathers the same information in the first minutes of the session, from everyone in the room, and puts it to work immediately.
Each employee sees their own name and goal on screen, with advice aimed at the problem they actually face. The facilitator sees the room’s themes and can adjust emphasis on the spot.
An example session

“Giving Feedback That Lands” · manager training · 2 hours · 22 people
- Arrival, 0:00. Managers scan the QR code. A first-time team lead writes “How do I give feedback to someone who used to be my peer?” A senior manager writes “Get better at feedback for remote staff.”
- Icebreaker, 0:10. While the room introduces itself, you click Start presenting, and each person’s slides fill in on the projector.
- Framing, 0:20. You show slides that represent the three biggest themes in the room: new managers, remote teams, and difficult conversations.
- Practice rounds, 0:30. You pair people whose goals complement each other, using the themes on screen.
- Close, 1:50. You click Send follow-ups & close session. Each manager gets prompts and a 7-day plan, such as scheduling one feedback conversation this week using the model from the session.
How it works in 3 steps
-
Set up in a few minutes
Sign in, title the session, and click Create session. The projector screen opens with the QR code. Rehearse first with Practice with 3 sample people if you like.
-
Employees scan and share a goal
A name, what they want to get out of today, and consent. Role and experience level are optional and help tailor each slide.
-
Present, then follow up for a week
Click Start presenting, and the deck opens in your browser with presenter notes for your laptop. When you wrap up, Send follow-ups & close session sends everyone to their own 7-day plan.
What L&D teams get from it
A live needs assessment. Every session records what people said they needed. Trainer Team adds persona reports across sessions, so program owners can see patterns by cohort.
Transfer beyond the classroom. The 7-day plan gives each person three concrete actions tied to their own goal, in the week when new habits get their first real test.
Consistency across facilitators. Shared session templates on Trainer Team keep a program recognizable no matter who delivers it.
No surprises on stage. If one slide cannot be written, a welcome card with the person’s name takes its place. The browser deck shows every slide that is ready, and Google Slides sessions keep a backup HTML deck ready to screen-share.
Privacy answers for HR and security review
- Minimal required data: a name or nickname and a session goal. Everything else is optional.
- No raw IP addresses: we store a one-way hash only.
- Default retention: submissions are anonymized 30 days after the session ends, and sooner if you choose.
- Enterprise controls: SAML SSO and audit-log export are available on Event & Enterprise.
- More detail: the privacy policy, security overview, and trust center.
Questions from trainers and L&D leads
Can a whole L&D team use it?
Yes. The Trainer Team plan includes team seats, shared session templates that keep facilitators consistent, and persona reports across every session your team runs. Compare plans.
Will employees be asked for personal information?
Only a first name or nickname and their goal for the session are required, plus consent. Role, experience level, biggest challenge, and email are optional. There is no app or account to create.
Does it work for virtual or hybrid training?
Yes. Share the projector screen in your video call. Remote attendees scan the QR code from the shared screen or type the short join code on their phone.
Can we use our own branding?
Pro Speaker and higher plans add custom branding on the attendee form and follow-up emails sent from your own domain. With custom branding on, the browser deck also carries your colors and logo. Enterprise adds custom Google Slides templates and branded event portals.
Where does the training content live?
Each deck lives in the facilitator’s LiveSlide.Pro workspace and presents in the browser. Only signed-in members of that workspace can open it. Facilitators can download PowerPoint, save a PDF or an offline copy, or copy the deck to Google Slides. If they connect Google, LiveSlide.Pro uses the drive.file permission, so it can open only the files it creates.
