Version 2026-10-28 · In effect from October 28, 2026
Affiliate program terms
The friendly version up front: share LiveSlide.Pro honestly with people who will find it useful, say that you earn a commission, and we pay you 30% of what your referrals pay us for a year. The details below make that promise precise for both of us.
1. The program
LiveSlide.Pro ("we", "us") pays approved affiliates ("you") a commission on payments made by customers you refer through your personal link. These terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between us. Applying to the program means you accept them.
2. Joining and approval
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Each person or business holds one affiliate account, tied to one LiveSlide.Pro login.
- A person on our team reviews each application and approves or declines it at our discretion, usually within two business days. We may switch on automatic approval from time to time; every account stays subject to these terms either way.
- Keep your application details accurate and your login private. Activity in your account is your responsibility.
3. Your link and tracking
- Your link looks like
https://liveslide.pro/r/yourcode. You can also add?ref=yourcodeto any page on our site; both work the same way. - When someone follows your link, our site stores your code in a first-party cookie for 60 days. A LiveSlide.Pro account created in that window, by email or with Google, is credited to you.
- Credit follows the most recent partner link the visitor clicked (last click wins). Each account is credited to one affiliate, once, at the moment it is created. Accounts created before the click stay with their original source.
- We count at most one click per visitor per day, filter automated traffic, and record clicks with a one-way hash of the visitor's connection address. Our records of clicks, sign-ups and payments decide credit, and we correct any error we find.
4. Commission and tiers
- Subscriptions: you earn 30% of each subscription payment a referred account makes during the 12 months that start with its first payment. That covers every monthly payment in the window, or one full annual payment.
- Pro Partner tier: once 10 or more of your referred accounts are paying subscribers, every new subscription payment earns 35%. The tier is checked at each payment, so it rises and settles with your active count.
- Bump packs: one-time capacity packs bought by a referred account within its 12-month window earn 20%.
- Event & Enterprise: custom contracts earn a referral fee we agree with you in writing before the deal closes.
- Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays, after any discount and excluding taxes. Free plans and free periods earn nothing until money changes hands.
- Your referrals' welcome offer: referred customers see the same public prices and offers as everyone else. When we launch a partner-only welcome offer, we announce it on your dashboard and in these terms.
- Our team may set a custom rate for an affiliate in writing. A custom rate replaces the tier rate for subscription payments while it applies.
5. Hold period, refunds and chargebacks
- Each commission waits 30 days from the payment date, which covers our customer refund window. After the hold it becomes payable.
- A refund or chargeback reverses the commission on that payment, in proportion to the amount returned. When the commission was already paid, the reversal comes off your next payout.
- Commission on a payment that breaks section 9 is excluded, and we may recover commission paid on it.
6. Payouts
- We pay in US dollars through PayPal to the PayPal email address on your dashboard, usually within the first ten business days of each month.
- We pay every payable balance of $50.00 or more. Smaller balances carry forward to the next month.
- Any fees PayPal charges you to receive or convert the money are yours. Each payout email includes the PayPal reference, and your dashboard keeps the full history.
- When a payout bounces because the PayPal address is wrong or unable to receive money, the amount returns to your balance until you update the address.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for the taxes on your commissions. Before your first payout, or once yearly earnings approach a reporting threshold, we may ask for a tax form (Form W-9 in the United States, or Form W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E elsewhere). We hold payable commissions until we receive a requested form, then pay them with the next payout, and we issue tax reports and withhold tax where the law requires.
8. Disclosure
Wherever you share your link, say clearly that you earn a commission, in line with the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and similar rules where you live. A simple line works: "I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link." Place it next to the link, in the post, email, caption or slide itself, where people see it before they click. In video, audio and live sessions, say it out loud and also show it in writing.
9. Promotion rules
Promote LiveSlide.Pro through your own content and relationships, in line with every law that applies to you, including anti-spam and privacy laws. These activities are prohibited and end eligibility for the commissions they produce:
- Self-referral: referring your own account, a household member's, a business you own or control, or any account opened to collect commission. Accounts that share your email address or connection are flagged for review automatically.
- Brand bidding: buying search ads on "LiveSlide", "LiveSlide.Pro", "LiveSlide Pro" or close misspellings, and running ads that send traffic straight to our site through your link.
- Coupon and incentive sites: posting your link or any discount on coupon, deal, cashback or reward sites, and paying or rewarding people to sign up.
- Spam and misleading traffic: unsolicited email, texts or direct messages; cookie stuffing, hidden links, pop-ups or automated clicks.
- Impersonation: websites, domains, social handles or ads that someone could mistake for ours.
- Unsuitable content: promoting LiveSlide.Pro alongside content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.
10. Describing LiveSlide.Pro
Describe the product as our website describes it when you publish: features, plan limits and prices exactly as the pricing page shows them. Share your genuine experience, keep invented results and testimonials out, and update your content within 30 days when we tell you a price or feature has changed.
11. Our brand and materials
While you are an approved affiliate, you may use our name, logo, banners, screenshots and the copy on your dashboard to promote LiveSlide.Pro with your link. Keep them as we supply them, apart from resizing and adding your own commentary and disclosure. We keep all rights in our brand, and this permission ends when your participation ends.
12. Privacy
- Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, plan types and amounts. Referred customers stay anonymous to you, and we ask you to respect that.
- We store hashed connection addresses only, and the referral cookie holds your code, a click number and a timestamp. Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle everyone's data.
- Any audience list you build yourself is yours to manage, with your own consent and privacy notice.
13. Pausing and leaving
- You may leave at any time by emailing hello@liveslide.pro.
- We may pause or end your participation with notice to your account email. While an account is paused for review, its link is inactive and new payments earn no commission.
- When participation ends for reasons other than a breach of section 9, we pay the commissions you earned up to the end date once they clear the hold, including a final balance below the usual minimum.
- After you leave, remove our brand and your link from your content within 30 days.
14. Relationship and liability
You take part as an independent contractor. These terms create no employment, agency, partnership or joint venture, and you speak only for yourself. The program and its tracking are provided "as is", and earnings examples on our pages are illustrations. To the fullest extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions you earned in the 12 months before a claim. You are responsible for claims arising from your own promotional content and conduct. These terms are governed by the same law and venue as our Terms of Service.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms or the commission rates. For a material change we email active affiliates at least 14 days before it takes effect and update the version line at the top of this page. Changes apply to clicks and payments after the effective date. Continuing in the program after that date means you accept the new version; you are free to leave beforehand, and section 13 applies.
16. Contact
Questions about the program, a campaign idea you want to check, or an enterprise introduction: email hello@liveslide.pro or use the contact page. We are happy to help.
